1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph359" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at https://ph359.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and software.
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the operator of ph359, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "You," "Player," "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses ph359 in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on ph359, including wallet balance, bonus credits, and transaction history.
• "Wallet" means the Philippine Peso (PHP)-denominated virtual balance held within a Player's ph359 Account.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot games, bingo products, and sports betting markets available on ph359.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a Player by ph359.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it may be withdrawn as cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that licenses and regulates ph359.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1   By accessing ph359, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the ph359 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2   If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use ph359. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2.3   These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between You and ph359. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1   Age Requirement. Access to ph359 is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this age requirement. ph359 enforces mandatory age verification through the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to PAGCOR.

3.2   Geographic Eligibility. ph359 is licensed to operate in the Philippines. The Platform is intended for use by individuals physically located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of ph359 complies with any laws applicable to your jurisdiction. ph359 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

3.3   Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. ph359 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where false or misleading registration information is discovered.

3.4   Excluded Persons. The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on ph359: (a) individuals under 18 years of age; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from ph359 or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ph359 or its affiliated suppliers; (d) persons prohibited from gambling under any applicable Philippine court order or regulatory directive.

4. Account Management

4.1   One Account Policy. Each player may hold only one (1) active ph359 Account at any time. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances contained within them.

4.2   Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or by any other person who has accessed your Account with or without your permission — is your sole responsibility. ph359 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.3   Account Verification (KYC). ph359 is required under PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests and prior to continued high-volume play. You agree to submit all requested KYC documentation — including but not limited to government-issued Philippine identification and proof of address — promptly upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.4   Account Transfer Prohibition. ph359 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or permit another person to use your Account. Any unauthorized transfer may result in permanent Account closure.

4.5   Inactive Accounts. An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ph359 may apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee to dormant Account balances after this period, subject to regulatory guidelines. You will be notified before any fees are applied.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1   All deposits on ph359 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

5.2   Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. ph359 does not charge a processing fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.

5.3   You may only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in your own name that correspond to your verified ph359 identity. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon discovery.

5.4   ph359 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on deposits at any time and to delay crediting a deposit pending the outcome of such checks, particularly where anti-money laundering obligations are engaged.

5.5   Deposited funds held in your ph359 Wallet are not interest-bearing. ph359 holds player funds in accounts segregated from company operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR player fund protection requirements.

6. Withdrawals

6.1   Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to another payment instrument registered in the verified name of the Account holder. ph359 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.2   Withdrawal processing times vary by loyalty tier and payment method. Standard processing times are displayed at the point of withdrawal. ph359 targets same-day processing for GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified Accounts in good standing.

6.3   KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal requests can be processed. ph359 is entitled to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of all required verification steps.

6.4   ph359 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing in cases where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable Philippine law. In such cases, ph359 will inform you of the withholding and the relevant reason to the extent permissible by law.

6.5   Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. Withdrawals below the stated minimum may not be processed.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1   All Bonuses issued by ph359 are subject to specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods — which are communicated at the time each Bonus is offered. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated into and governed by these Terms.

7.2   ph359 standard wagering requirements for deposit match bonuses are between 20× and 40× the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion. Free spin winnings are typically subject to a 25× wagering requirement unless otherwise stated.

7.3   Bonuses credited to your Account expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period. Expired Bonus credits and associated winnings will be forfeited without recourse.

7.4   ph359 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or reclaim any Bonus issued: (a) in error; (b) to players who are found to have engaged in Bonus abuse; (c) where there is evidence of exploitative play patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; or (d) where these Terms have been breached in any other way.

7.5   Bonus Abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using promotional funds in ways designed to hedge bets and guarantee minimum risk fulfilment; and any other conduct that, in ph359's reasonable judgment, is intended to exploit the promotional offer rather than engage in genuine recreational play.

7.6   Bonuses are not transferable between players and cannot be exchanged for cash except upon successful completion of the applicable wagering requirements.

8. Gameplay & Fair Play

8.1   All Games on ph359 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer mechanics operated in real time. RNG systems are subject to periodic independent testing and certification. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8.2   You agree to use ph359 for lawful recreational purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR and, where applicable, Philippine law enforcement:

• Use of automated play software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to affect game outcomes — any winnings obtained through a confirmed software error may be voided;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets;
• Using ph359 for money laundering, fraud, or any activity in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Accessing the Platform through a proxy, VPN, or other method to obscure your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

8.3   ph359 employs fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems. All gameplay data is logged and subject to review. ph359's determination regarding the outcome of any dispute relating to game integrity is final, subject only to the PAGCOR complaint resolution process.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1   ph359 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ph359 is required to provide and maintain responsible gaming tools for all registered players. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

9.2   Self-Exclusion. You may request voluntary self-exclusion from ph359 at any time by contacting live chat support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request. During a self-exclusion period, you agree not to attempt to register a new Account or otherwise circumvent the self-exclusion. Doing so is a breach of these Terms.

9.3   Deposit Limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your Account settings at any time. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Requests to increase a previously set deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review and cooling-off period before taking effect.

9.4   ph359 monitors player activity for signs of harmful gambling patterns and may proactively reach out to players whose activity indicates potential gambling-related harm. In some cases, ph359 may impose temporary account restrictions where player welfare concerns are identified.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1   All content on ph359 — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game content, and database structures — is the intellectual property of ph359 or its licensed suppliers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ph359 for personal recreational purposes only. No other right is granted. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ph359 content without prior written consent.

10.3   The ph359 name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to the ph359 operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1   ph359 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph359 excludes all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

11.2   ph359 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of gambling winnings due to technical failure; loss of data; or loss resulting from reliance on Platform content.

11.3   ph359's total liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

11.4   Nothing in these Terms limits ph359's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11.5   You acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment that involves financial risk, and that losses are a foreseeable and normal outcome of participation. ph359 bears no responsibility for losses incurred in the ordinary course of gambling activity on the Platform.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

12.1   ph359 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the implementing rules of the National Privacy Commission.

12.2   The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the ph359 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ph359, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12.3   ph359 is required to report certain transactions and player information to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) under applicable Philippine law. Compliance with these reporting obligations does not constitute a breach of ph359's data protection obligations to you.

13. Termination

13.1   By You. You may close your ph359 Account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any remaining verified balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal requirements.

13.2   By ph359. ph359 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Account inactivity in accordance with Clause 4.5;
• A direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory authority;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.

13.3   Upon termination for breach of these Terms, ph359 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance where that balance is reasonably connected to the conduct that gave rise to termination. Verified balances not connected to the breach will be returned where practicable.

14. Disputes & Governing Law

14.1   These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

14.2   If you have a complaint about ph359, you should first contact the ph359 support team. ph359 will endeavour to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Contact: [email protected] (plain text — not a link).

14.3   If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through ph359's internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint resolution channels. ph359 is obligated to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR dispute resolution process.

14.4   In the event of a dispute concerning the outcome of a game, the records held on ph359's server logs shall be the primary and authoritative reference, unless demonstrable server-side error is established.

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.1   ph359 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record or through a notice posted prominently on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

15.2   Your continued use of ph359 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should cease using ph359 and close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.1.
